You can complete your initial registration on our supplier portal.

Please fill the requested information in the supplier portal as accurately as possible.

You can add other colleagues as additional contacts.

Select your material group and enter any additional information.

Lastly, please agree to our delivery terms and conditions of purchase and delivery.

Based on a selection of questions, our suppliers evaluate themselves. Then our quality assurance and purchasing employees check the self-assessment for completion, plausibility, and content.

Our quality assurance employees inspect the production sites of new or key suppliers for compliance regarding the required standards and management systems.

The evaluation of our suppliers is based on the insights gathered.

Once the assessment has been successfully completed, the supplier is qualified to work with Dr. Oetker. We inspect regularly to check the conditions on site.

In the case of deviations:

• For slight deviations from our guidelines, provisional approval is granted until corrections have been implemented accordingly.
• For mid-level deviations from our guidelines, the supplier is suspended until corrections have been implemented and verified.
• For serious deviations from our guidelines and unwillingness to implement the corrections, cooperation is stopped immediately.
