For over 130 years, we've been taking responsibility. Through our international sustainability strategy – the Dr. Oetker Sustainability Charter – we are working on ambitious goals and concrete measures for more sustainable and balanced products, the protection of our environment, and a diverse work environment, to name just a few. More than 150 colleagues are working on 30 cross-functional projects to achieve these goals collectively.

Digital transformation poses our company with new challenges. The complexity of our processes and value chains is increasing. To be prepared for the requirements of the digital world both today and in the future and be able to exploit the potential of our company fully, we are working in international, cross-functional teams to harmonize and optimize our processes and systems worldwide. We have combined the associated projects under the umbrella of the “Global CORE” program, which involves more than 500 of our colleagues worldwide. The focus of the program is the switch of our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4 HANA. In S/4 HANA, our global business processes will be connected in real-time and processed faster in the future. The Global CORE program contributes to the digitization of our entire value chain.

Our interdisciplinary Finance Excellence team works hand in hand with "best practice experts" from Dr. Oetker's subsidiaries to simplify and standardize our financial processes worldwide and thereby accelerate business decisions. Together, they focus on optimizing processes in controlling and accounting. The team consists of colleagues from Accounting, Controlling, and IT. The first stage of creating a uniform data foundation for our business decisions was achieved by completing the "NEW FINANCE" transformation project.
